Nowadays, environmental sustainability is a deeply felt value, which we fully agreed on. Our contribution to enhance the current potential of our company and reduce the environmental impact is to use recycled material.

Our products are mainly made of plastic materials, which due to their mechanical conformity guarantee durability and resistance. From the point of view of production, these fibres push us more and more towards the frontier of eco-sustainability and waste reduction.

Latest generation machinery and scientific studies have made it possible to considerably reduce the use of virgin plastic materials and consequently have led to savings in material, electricity, and a reduction in CO2 emissions.

Over 50% of the material we used within our production process, is recycled plastic. We purchase from our qualified suppliers very pure and high-quality raw materials from industrial waste. Our production department is then able to mix the right doses of plastic waste, mineral fillers, and special additives. Contrary to what one might think, our products have benefited in terms of quality and appearance.

The home and garden resin furniture provided Rattatan can represent a real circular economy. From production to disposal, recycling is the keyword. Over time, products deteriorate, go out of fashion, or simply need to be replaced, in which case the re-production process can start once again. New products made of plastic materials will in fact be generated from these wastes.
